As early as 1989, a group of bright young mathematicians from Sofia University teamed up to create novel software products and services. Since then, we have never ceased producing ground-breaking products that adhere to all industry standards.
DECART 02 is a computer-aided design (CAD) system that operates in three dimensions. The demand for these items skyrocketed. We have worked on many installations with the Pravets factory in countries like the Ukraine, Georgia, Belarus, Armenia, Russia, and many more. This is our first commercially available offering
MOVIES, a software program for simulating motion in three dimensions.
In 1990, the GENERAL slot machine first appeared in casinos. Rapid adoption caused it to explode in popularity across the Balkans.

This alluring game featured an enticing payout and provided numerous opportunities to win. Three daily broadcasts were made available. Nationally, it was the most-watched TV game ever.

The MELIORA Lottery Platform was introduced to the EUROBET POS system in 2006. Keno (Eurochance), Lottomania, Poker, Scratch cards, and more are all supported on the site. The platform is available both in-store and online, at over 1200 locations.
Multiplayer electronic poker: Texas Hold’em, Omaha, and Omaha Hi-Low, developed and manufactured in 2007. The product is akin to computerized tables that are totally automated. As a result, no room for human error remains.
In 2008, we created the IMPERIUM Casino Management System and released it to the public. Casinos and other gaming establishments can use IMPERIUM for real-time monitoring and management.
In 2010, we exhibited for the first time at IGE London, which later became ICE London. Since then, we have participated as exhibitors at ICE for over a decade.
Vietnam’s first SMS voting TV game aired in 2011. DANCING WITH THE STARS, JUST THE TWO OF US, SINGING TV STAR, and GOLDEN ALBUM TV, as well as the biggest-selling TV franchise of all time – THE VOICE in its localized versions – THE VOICE OF VIETNAM and THE VOICE KIDS have all picked MELIORA MOBILE as their preferred platform due to its outstanding performance. The SMS polls attracted the participation of millions of viewers.
In 2012, we were awarded the contract to design, develop, and implement a centralised online bets processing system, a disaster recovery center, and 3,500 betting terminals for the Bulgarian State Lottery (BST). All BST games (6/49, 5/35, 6/42, scratch-offs, etc.) may be played on the system, and it works smoothly in both online and retail settings.
In 2013, we released our electronic Bingo product after years of development. Modern Bingo halls can benefit from E-BINGO‘s flexible, integrated game and management technology.
Creation of a 3-in-1 product in 2014. Classic games like BACCARAT, ROULETTE, and SIC-BO are available on the system. It can function as a dealer-operated system or an automated system, with multiple players using the same set of electronic gaming terminals.

The BULGARIA LOTTERY TV show has officially premiered on the largest private broadcaster in Bulgaria bTV to widespread national acclaim. A brand-new, state-of- the-art studio was constructed just for the presentation, and it features 3D. visualisation of the games. It skyrocketed to the top of the ratings in Bulgaria almost overnight.
The BINGO MILLIONS TV show premiered on bTV and quickly gained national attention. The show aired daily.
We had a booth at G2E Macau for the first time this year.
Ticket monitoring from the printing facility to the final consumer, winning distribution, 2nd CHANCE gamification tools, and real-time accounting and reporting are all part of the new scratch-off lottery system.
Together with INSPIRED, we’ve introduced a variety of virtual sports, including football, tennis, horse racing, greyhound racing, and more. Virtual football has exploded in popularity on the Bulgarian market.
We set up a TV studio and broadcast a live version of the 5/11 game on TV, complete with live draws.
Building a System for Online Lotteries. Numerous number games, lottery, scratch-off lottery, and live-draw games are available on the site. It has capabilities for gamifying loyalty and bonus programs, running promotions, giving players a second chance, managing jackpots, and more. Both a mobile application and a website version of the platform are readily accessible via smartphones, tablets, and computers.
In 2018, we had our very first presence at the Johannesburg iteration of ICE Africa.
ICE London in 2020 featured demonstrations of the scratch-off lottery system, the online lottery platform, Texas Hold’em Poker, the Casino Management System, and the 5/11 live.
